THE BRIEF

Come up with suitable vending provision that could cope with 24 hour demand and offers staff and agency workers the opportunity to purchase hot drinks, fresh food, snacks and drinks.

THE SOLUTION

We wanted to use our experience to come up with a bespoke vending offering to meet the Client’s requests. We worked collaboratively with the Client and provided them with a tailored vending solution.

At each site we installed an identical snack, food, drink and hot drink machine which meant that staff could easily access the machines when moving between sites. Due to the large footfall and expected wear and tear on the machines, we suggested that the machines were contained within a bespoke housing unit.

In addition to this, the Client had expressed concerns about cash handling by their employees on site. We recommended using an entirely cashless vending system which resulted in a reduction of service calls by 98% across all machines.

ONGOING SUPPORT AND SERVICE

The Client fills the machines in-house with the products that we supply them for all machines. We are able to deliver these items together with other consumables on a bi-monthly basis. We are on-hand to provide service and maintenance support for the machines and the cashless systems.
